Italian Meatballs With Ground Turkey

Here's a simple recipe for Italian Meatballs using Ground Turkey and just four other staple ingredients. These meatballs are great by themselves, in spaghetti, and in our Italian Wedding Soup (link below.)

Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground Turkey
- (2 tsp) Italian Seasoning
- (1/2 cup) Shredded Parmesan
- (1/2 cup) Bread Crumbs
- (1) Egg
Directions
These meatballs are used in the Italian Wedding Soup with Rice recipe.
GLUTEN-FREE NOTE: The bread crumbs help hold the meatballs together, but you can omit these if you want to keep your meatballs gluten-free.
Now onto the recipe!
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix the ground turkey, parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, and bread crumbs in a medium mixing bowl.
- Form the meatballs. We typically make small meatballs, about 24 per pound of meat.
- Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet for about 20 minutes. For larger meatballs add a few minutes to the bake time.
- Enjoy them in soup, spaghetti, or as a finger food!
