What is the cost of Delivery?
There is no delivery fee for orders of $149+ delivered through UPS. A $75 order minimum exists to guarantee the safe arrival of meats.
Other Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be delivered?
Most orders shipped through UPS will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday. Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with the expected delivery date and a tracking number. The deadline to order each week is Sunday at midnight.
What if I am not home?
No worries! You do not have to be home for the delivery, but we suggest moving your items to the freezer as soon as you can.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
Your order will be delivered in an insulated DP box, carefully packed with ice packs to keep it cold. Any freshly thawed items can be refrigerated or re-froze for later use.
When will my card be charged?
Because we charge many items by the pound, we will wait to charge your card until we have packed your order, typically one day before it goes out for delivery. Once charged, you will receive an email notification with your exact total.
Who will be delivering my order?
One of our friends at UPS will be making the delivery.
Can I recycle my bag and packaging?
Shipping materials can be recycled at your local recycling drop-off.
Ordering Policies
Order totals are estimated
Since many items are priced by the pound, your final total may be a little more or less than your order's initial estimated total. Once finalized, your total will be charged to your credit card on file and your receipt will be emailed.
Payment is required before delivery
We accept all major credit cards for payment. At the time of placing your order, you will be required to add a credit card to your account. Once finalized, your order's total will be charged to your card on file and your receipt will be emailed to you.
Short stock items
Please understand that we are a small farm, not a large warehouse. If an item becomes unavailable, your final total and any applicable fees will be reduced.
