- (1 Package) Bone-in Pork Steaks
- (*Optional) Seasonings or Rub of Choice
Pork steaks are cut from the shoulder. Personally, I feel like they have the perfect amount of fat on the edge, and grilling them brings out all the flavor it has to offer!
Just a disclaimer, neither Remi nor I are grilling experts. We like trying new things, and grilling happens to be one of them!
Start with your package of thawed pork steaks. Some people marinate theirs, but we ran out of time.
The steaks are about an inch thick.
Take your favorite seasoning or rub and apply it to each side.
You want to cook these on high heat on your grill, 6 minutes per side.
Just as easy as that! We served ours with a side of butternut squash 🙂
