General Tso Wings (Duck or Chicken)
This is a very simple, low ingredient recipe to give your wings an amazing kick right out of the oven, after being slow cooked in your crock pot for a few hours.

Ingredients

  • (1/4 cup) Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)
  • (1/4 cup) Honey
  • (3 (minced)) Garlic Cloves
  • (2 teaspoons) Ground Ginger
  • (1 teaspoon) Cayenne Pepper
  • (1 teaspoon) Black Pepper
  • (to taste) Salt
  • (2 tablespoons (optional)) Sesame Seeds
  • (2 lbs) Duck Wings

Directions

  1. Place wings (duck or chicken) in a large slow-cooker.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Season with salt
  3. Pour mixture over the wings and toss to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on high until cooked through, 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  5. Heat broiler. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and pour wings onto them. Broil until crispy, 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
