Cheesy Sriracha Chicken Drumsticks
Kaitlyn made these drumsticks for our Fourth of July shindig this year and they were delicious! This recipe could be made using straight Sriracha or another hot sauce, but we mixed our Sriracha with mayonnaise to bring the level of spice down a notch for guests. Plan on 2-3 drumsticks per adult, and one per child.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375* Fahrenheit. Prep your baking sheet with parchment paper to make clean up easier.
  2. Place your drumsticks on the sheet, leaving room in between each so they crisp well.
  3. Mix Sriracha and mayo to your desired level of spice, then smother drumsticks with the mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, or until the cheese has crisped and the skin is golden brown.
