Recently, while meal prepping for a postpartum mama, my mom had a genius idea for the breakfast burritos. And it worked! We're probably not the first to come up with this, but I plan on making them like this from here on out!
August seemed to go by so quickly! Fall will be here before we know it.
Things have been pretty different around here! Lots of baby snuggles and baby birds!
Meet the Musk Thistle (aka Nodding Thistle) an African native who has been wreaking havoc in the U.S. This member of the sunflower and daisy family has a mean defense...they are covered in hurtful spines! This makes them inedible for most livestock and a (quite literal) pain-in-the-butt for farmers.
April was such a fun month full of a variety of happenings!
As I write this farm update, I'm tucked all cozy in bed. Yes, I must admit I'm a night owl. It's late, but I also need to get this posted before the weekend hits! That's what I get for procrastinating 🙃 Now to try to find a comfortable sitting position where I can breathe. Baby K is taking up more and more space!
